The Quickstep Impressive Ultra 12mm Warm Grey Oak Laminate Flooring is part of a high quality laminate flooring range manufactured by Quickstep Flooring. This flooring range comes with a Hydroseal waterproof coating making it suitable for use in kitchens and bathrooms and can be used in both residential and commercial spaces due to it's incredibly hard wearing surface and finish. It has a bevelled edge on all four sides, creating a 'V" groove on installation. The embossed surface creates a grain effect, giving a more natural look to your floor.
*For the domestic 10 year water warranty, the installation must be sealed around the perimeter (including doorways, pipes & expansion gaps etc) by using the Quickstep Water Resistant Kit.
